Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get an appointment really quickly! The clinic is clean and really new, they bulk bill for ultrasounds if you have a referral which is amazing. One of the best radiology clinics I’ve been to! I would definitely come back here, the sonographer was also really pleasant as well and took the time to explain everything to me as I’m a curious medical student haha

I called them in the morning and was told booking is not need for general X ray.When I arrived around 3PM and they told me it was full and cannot do the X Ray. Their website said the clinical open at 7AM and I called 3 times after that time, no one answer the phone. Very poor and unprofessional service.

I had to go in for a test that I felt very nervous about due to bad experiences at other clinics. From my very first phone call, Jenny the receptionist was so incredibly friendly and explained everything I needed to know. The clinicians were so kind, patient and understanding. 100% recommend!

Service was great. My ultrasound was conducted by a student but she was very familiar with the procedure. No drama with the BMD either. However when I had to pay for the BMD I was very annoyed...on the patient form it says there may be an out of pocket fee of $91.Fine. But on the last page the price changes to $92.45. When I paid by card, I was charged $93.84! Really hate this sneaky way of pushing card surcharges onto the patients. ***In response to your comments from 2 days ago (Feb2023), I did ask at the reception (a week ago, so around mid feb 2023) but was told that the clinic doesn't take cash because they don't keep any change. @@" Can you please clarify on that? More than happy to pay cash!

I've had two prenatal ultrasounds here and one at Springwood and they've always been very lovely, caring, and professional. Facilities are new and clean, and they run on time (which is great for scans that require a full bladder). Can't fault them!

Staff are very friendly, professional and caring. They make sure that you are well attended to and are at ease. The place is new, clean and nice. The receptionist make sure that I have done my X-ray and Ultrasound before I leave. How’s sweet of them!

Went to Queensland Radiology Specialists West End for ultrasound this morning. Very professional and thorough. My GP received the report 30min after I left the lab!
